All ground chicken is individually vacuum sealed and frozen for your convenience.  
 
This is a monthly subscription based on 1 - 1 lb pack of ground chicken per week, you will receive 4 packs of ground chicken once a month at the beginning of every month. Delivery is included with your subscription.
